Suggest Remedy For A Painless Bump In The Buttocks

I have a painless bump on/in the upper inner part of my buttocks, near the crack for over a year. It doesn't bother me at all. I have been on an exercise regimen and can feel it more now since I've slimmed down. Should I be worried and have it removed?

Hi,
As this painless bump is since long it can be small lipoma or sebaceous cyst.
Nothing to worry, if there is marked increase in size or becomes painful, consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
