Suggest Remedy For A Pigmentation Problem

hi, I am 27 years old..near by eyes .i.e. on one side of the eye..there is dark pigmentation... It first happened me 3 years before...I have consulted 2 dermatologist for this..and I was regular with their treatment....they opted for hydroquinone, sunscreens, melacare, and even steroid like Fluticasone....but there was no result for me...at last they told that, u should go for chemical leaching 4 times or more in which they can t assure whether this pigmentation will go or not... At last I have tried out FADE OUT DAY CREAM which found good result for me....after the pigmentation decreased , I have stopped using this product... And now again, the pigmentation came beside my eyes.....( note : I AM A WORKER UNDER AC...RARELY I GO TO SUNLIGHT ) .What is your opinion doctors ?

the main reason behind the pigmentation below the eyes is hormonal. there are two kind of pigmentation first superficial and another is deep. sometimes it is very difficult to differentiate between these two conditions clinically. the important point to notice here is that superficial pigmentation respond well to treatment while de-pigmentation do not. If mentioned treatment has not worked for you then you may need laser for treating your conidition.
