Suggest Remedy For A Problem In The Ovary

I had a pelvic ultrasound and it shows that I have an endometrial strip that is abnormally coarsened in echotexture and prominent measuring 19 mm in greatest AP diameter. What can this mean. Amazingly a right ovary measuring 19mm in greatest length was found, but in 1994 I had this removed. My left ovary is measuring 45mm with a simple cyst 3.1cm. What does all this sound like?
