Suggest Remedy For A Red Flaky Area On The Vagina

On the corner of the outside of my vagina there is a red flakey area. It never really bothers me on,y after I shower and it gets wet. I do masturbate and some say that May have something to do with it. I had a cyst on the tip of my lip but it popped and never re-appeared. I am also a virgin so it can't have to do with sex.
