Suggest Remedy For A Scab In The Nose Which Is Causing Discomfort

I got my nose cauterized a few days ago and the scab is driving me up a wall! It really hurts and is itching the inside of my nose. I had a friend who got her nose cauterized and picked the scab off the next day, got a brief nose bleed, then was fine for good. I am so tempted to pick my scab off. Is it okay if I do it lightly and with antibacterial cream?

Hi,
Do not try to rmove crusts form the site as there might be bleeding and again clotting will form new crusts.
Apply antibiotic cream or vaseline in side the nasal cavity.
Avoid sneezing for few days.
Ok and take care.
