Suggest Remedy For A Scar Above My Lip

I am a 28 year old male. I had a spot above my lip that would not go, even after a couple of months. I thought maybe it was a wart. I saw my doctor and he wasn t sure what it was, so prescribed me bactroban cream to use twice a day for a month, but after 2 weeks I saw no difference. So I decided (stupidly) to try a wart remover on it and I thought it had worked but it has left a small area of dark skin that will not go away. I don t know what to do, it is really bothering me.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query,

Scar marks can be removed medically as well as surgically.

Also LASERS are good in removing scars.

The modality of treatment can be decided only after seeing the scar.

A photograph would have helped me better.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.

you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
