Suggest Remedy For A Sexual Problem

Overtime as sexually active gay male I’ve lost the pleasurable sensations when receiving anal sex and it takes larger and larger “givers” to feel the sensations, is there any way to return them? Does abstinence return these sensations? What causes the pleasurable sensations and why have they stopped?

Hello,

But this usually occurs on chronic anal sex due to damage to nervous supply and desensitization of the nerve endings. Abstinence might return some but not all the sensation.

You should also be aware that larger givers might cause damage to anal muscles leading to faecal incontinence.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
