Suggest Remedy For A Skin Growing Over The Clitoris

I have skin that covers my clitoris. Over a year ago my gyn took a snip of the skin-had it tested and told me what it was. He said it was not contagious, gave me cream to help. I have forgotten what it was called, and now cream is not working. Wonderred what my options are?
