Suggest Remedy For A Subseptate Hymen

Hi, I have a subseptate hymen. It's not painful and doesn't really cause problems (except for occasionally getting stuck to my tampon, which is painful) I just have a few questions like : will it eventually go away? or do you get surgery for that?, does it cause any problems that I don't know about?, and should I take any precautions? I am 14 years old, almost 15, and I have had sex and have not had pains or anything. Is it still okay to have sex?
