Suggest Remedy For A Subserous Fibriod

hi dr.
my age is 24 yrs,weight is68 kg ,height is 5'3".
i got pregnant on 10 march 2011 bt i got miscariage in 3rd mIn .
In my 2nd mnth ultrasound ,1 subserous fibroid was detected measuring 19mm .then it started growing n in 3rd mnth it became 27mm in size.
now after 1 mnth of miscariage it again become of 19mm.
now i want 2 knw wht shud i do with it before trying 4 next pregnancy??//
plz do let me knw
