Suggest Remedy For A Tissue Growing In The Neck Area

After radiation tharapy to the neck we find an growth of tissue that has been biopsies 3 times negative for cancer but it continues to grow very slowly. No pain but red and shaped like a ball the size of a quuarty. The suronding tissue is all returning to normal. Any ideas?

Well come to HCM
All the skin lesions greatly demands the clinical examination and this is the way of diagnosis, still from the brief history given here I could say that, if the biopsy report is unremarkable then this could be hypergranulation, some time this need to be excised form the deep seated layer, and then sent for histopathological examination, hope this information helps.
