Suggest Remedy For A White Discharge In The Vagina

What does it mean if i have not gotten my period and i am 14, and i have a white discharge and one side of my vagina is shaggy and werid and i have white bumps on that side, I don't know what to do. And last night i had a lot of discharge last night and now the hole is closes like there is skin there that is covering it so i cant see the hole anymore what do i do?
