Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Bloating After Taking Plan B

I took plan b 2.5 weeks ago. I did bleed about 4 days after taking it. My regular time I should be getting my period is now. But I ve been excessively bloated from about 3 days after taking the pill up to now. Nothing helps relieve it, is this normal?

Bloating can sometimes occur as a side effect of contraception so it is possible that this may be the reason for the symptom.

Bloating may also be related to other causes such as: constipation, food or lactose intolerance, use of gas producing foods (cabbage, prunes, turnips, beans, broccoli), GERD.

Using reflux medication , even if there are no typical reflux symptoms, would help.
