Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Cramps And Nausea

My diarrhea is preceded by amber/yellow liquid...what significance does that liquid have? I also have abdominal cramping and a wave of nausea when I need to go. The stools have begun to take shape (that of cheese curls), don't know if that is just an added bonus from my IBS or not.

The liquid is a reflection intestinal contents, it does not have a particular significance.
When the diarrhea resolves and the frequency of bowel movements return to normal then your stool would have the normal color and consistency.

The use of the probiotics may help to relieve your symptoms.
