Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain And Nausea In Children

My daughter has a constant pain in her abdomen, loss of weight she gets severe shooting pains doubling her over at times pain on a scale from 1 to 10 - 8. She also be comes nauseated feeling like she needs to vomit. This comes and goes but for the past two weeks its has remained. Loose bowels fatigue and loss of appetite. Flu like symptoms but not the flu. Its always her stomachs. Head aches come and go.

That severe pain can be due to some greater underlying pathology.

Issue is you have not mentioned her age or weight hence we cannot provide medicines on a surety front.

Still for abdominal pain usually we prefer Tab Buscopan BD X 3 days, Tab Pantoprazole40mg+Domperidone 10mg SR BD X 3 days, this should give symptomatic relief, but as it looks its a colic and we need to have CT Abdomen, USG Abdomen and Erect X-ray done for this
