Hi ! Good afternoon. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
With your history, it seems that you have got some muscular strain due to over stretching durig the jump. If I were your doctor, I would advise you for an anti inflammatory drug along with a proton pump inhibitor for a few days. If however, the pain persists, or increases with tenderness or distension over the abdomen with any vomiting, then it would be wise to report to the ER of the nearest hospital in your area to rule out any intra abdominal injury and pathology.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
