Suggest Remedy For Abnormal Extra Axial Fluid Collection

I have been dizzy with a headache for six weeks. CT scan showed I have abnormal extra axial fluid collection. I am a lung cancer survivor, had a lobectomy 7 years ago, and I also have 3 cardiac stents. My primary care doctor said this is normal because the radiologist did not make a recommendation.
