Suggest Remedy For Abnormal Periods After Taking Steroids

I have received steroid shots for a frozen should (three in total). About 8 weeks ago I became ill after receiving mosquito bites. I was hospitalised and treated with IV anti-histamines and IV steroids. I have been experiencing heavy periods which last for about a week and then go but come back again within 10 days. I am no longer on steroids. How should I go about rectifying this. I am worried as up until now I have had regular periods 5 weeks apart. Please help!
