Hi welcome to HCM I understand your query and concern. Your symptoms are suggestive of regurgitant sound related to your digestive tract most notably stomach. Its definitely not related to your heart.Once get investigations like upper gi endoscopy,ECG,complete blood picture, ultrasound abdomen as a part of routine checkup.Drugs like Pantoprazole will be helpful to relieve your symptoms.I advice you to take 3-4 litres of water daily.Exercise regularly.Consult your doctor/gastroenterologist once your investigations are over for follow up.Post your further queries if an.
