Suggest Remedy For Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding

I am a 46 year old woman who is having abnormal vaginal bleeding. I had my regular period July 21-26. After completely ending my period the following week I began to spot for several days. This week I am bleeding. I am also having cramps and diarrhea. I am taking 800mg of Ibuprofen for the pain but, I guess I am wondering what this could be and should I be concerned?
