Suggest Remedy For Abrasions In Buttocks
I am 81, average height and overweight...about 240 lbs. For several reasons I sit a lot and have developed what appears to be an abrasion between the cheeks of my buttocks. I ve seen a dermatologist all winter long and anything prescribed has not helped. This is extremely painful. The skin is not broken...feel rough to the touch. I am a pianist, spend 2-3 hours daily practicing and 4 hours during my work hours. Please help.

1.maintain good hygiene around the lesion.
2.dont scratch around the lesion.
3.apply antibiotic creams like fusiderm ointment twice daily over the lesion for 7 days.
4.take analgesics like diclofenac tablets twice daily for 7 days.
