Suggest Remedy For Abrasions On Labia And Outer Vagina

There are no apparent cuts or abrasions on my labia or anywhere on the outer vagina, however it feels like there is a cut or something. It hurts occasionally and feels as though it's dry. It also burns when urine touches it. This started two days ago and is most definitely not an STI. What is wrong and how should I treat it?
