Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain and taking into consideration that you are pregnant I would like to tell you that mostly in pregnancy any kind of dental treatment is avoided as well as there are only a few medicines which are found safe in pregnancy, so before taking any medication you should first consult your gynaecologist and take care of any previously known allergies..

Amoxicillin is considered safe during pregnancy but over use of any medicine should be prohibited in pregnancy.

Many a times in case of an emergency a dental procedure is carried out under the consent of the gynaecologist..

I would suggest you to consult an endodontist and get evaluated..
In case the abscess can resolve with medication then amoxicillin for infection and plain paracetamol for pain can be taken..

If possible postpone the treatment time delivery and get it done after that..

Hope your query is solved..
