Suggest Remedy For Absence Of Right Testicle

My son is 9 yrs old and had a ct scan done to find where his right testicle is and they checked the pelvis and abdomen and couldnt find it they said the body got rid of it how is that even possible ? And will my son be ok we he go throught puberty ok this makes me so scared please help

Your 9 years old son has one testis and ultrasound scan and C.T scan of abdomen has revealed absence of testicle either in inguinal acanal ,sub inguinal pouch or in the abdomen .

Congenital absence of testicle is reported in one in 10 thousand population of the males and there is nothing to be worried about his puberty ,sexual life and fertility as he has other normal testis.
