Suggest Remedy For Acidity & Throat Infection
Hello Sir..Good Afternoon..
I hv an acidity problem along with the throat infection from last 3-4 months.I consulted Doctor and with the endoscopy examination results he said: "My opening of the small intenstine remains naturally open,it doesnt closes automatically.Hence,there is a problem of acidity and because of that throat infection occurs". He adviced me to take little food courses and not to eat upto the stage of fully filled stomache.
I have followed Doc's advice aacordingly and got better results..But still the problem is not fully solved.Acidity and throat infection is still there once in 15 days.
Now,I am affraid of cancer because I have seen such symptoms in my office colligue and she died of cancer.In addition to this,I got some similar information regarding this from TV.Is it any proper base to my doubts and information.Please give me a proper advice about this..

I understand your worry. Most likely you have been suffering from GERD ( reflux of acid) and laryngopharyngeal reflux.The treatment of LPR is twice the normal dose of Proton pump inhibitors like omez,pantocid,etc.. In addition, you should stick to Life style modifications as advised by your doctor.
The fear of cancer is justified given your symptoms, but, having undergone an endoscopy by a specialist and that he has diagnosed as a Reflux, theres nothing you need to worry.Relax, and have a periodical follow up.Symptoms of many diseases are common, so pls dont associate everything with CANCER. Stick on to your medicines, and you should be alright soon..
