hi i have acne mainly on my forehead it has caused me black spots on my face.I visited a dermatologist i was adviced to use quinoderm cream but after the first tube a month ago i still have black spots please help and my skin is so oily.why do i get acne all the time.am 27??
You seem to have acne vulgaris and post acne hypermelanosis. First of all, acne lesions should be controlled as acne is relapsing condition. You should avoid worries associated with acne. And please avoid precipitating factors like stress,oily food,dandruff,excessive sun exposure,drugs like steroids...etc
You take antibiotic like minocycline or azithromycine in proper doses along with low dose of isotretinoin. And apply clindamycine gel on lesions. After control of lesions, you may apply depigmenting cream containing kojic acid. Facewash containing glycolic acid may be used.
I hope you might get good result after few weeks to few months. You take treatment after consulting dermatologist.
