Suggest Remedy For Acne In Anus

I have av acne at the end of my anus before the rectom,it was visible on a scan pic .it does bother me when it s full of pus and I have a huge discomfort walking and a lot of pain going for number 2 . I have this condition for a. Long time ,I was prescriber antibiotic but no result Plz if u have any tip how to get.my life back to normal

Hi,

After reading history, it seems that you may be having fistula in ano most probably. Still, you consult dermatologist or surgeon for firm diagnosis. Still, I would like to give you few suggestions...

- take antibiotic course till infection is cleared
- take anti inflammatory and analgesic to improve lesion and to get relief in pain
- apply antibiotic cream at the opening of fistula
- if there is pus, let it removed by nurse or doctor
- Sitz bath in dettol water may be done
- after complete reduction of infection, surgery may be considered be expert surgeon. Complete removal of fistula may be done..fistulectomy
