Suggest Remedy For Acne On Face, Scalp And Discharge From Eyes In Infant

my newborn is one month old and her face,forehead,scalp is full of acne and her left eye has discharge and some part of forehead has dry skin. too.We have been cleaning with clean water and waiting from 3 week to overgrow.which products are recommended for cleaning and moisturising her face and hair.What we can do for listed things.Please suggest.
