Suggest Remedy For Acne Scars

I am 14 year old next week I'm 15 my height is 5'3 I think I don't have any medical history. Hi umm I have 5 acne scars on my chin and like 3 on my nose I have tried almost all type of scars cream like coco butter , concha nacar ,palmar's skin succes and I don't really think its working an I love my skin I don't get to much acne I just have acne marks and every time I talk to someone I could see that they are looking at my chin an nose I just wanna know if there anything I could use that would get rid of my acne scars its the food I eat ? What can I do to get rid of my scars ? Places help me next week is my birthday and I really wanna have my face clean
