Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne which is due to stress, hormonal changes and certain medications and oily skin is an contributing factor for your condition. You should use Isotrentoin as it is definitely a very good medication. I would suggest you to clean skin with a lukewarm water twice a day and apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over it twice a day. Do not apply any other cream or oil over it. Pantosal ointment is very effective antimicrobial agent. Apply vitamin E oil at night .If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics and you can go for laser therapy as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
