Suggest Remedy For Acne

hello dr. iam baljinder in punjab ,i will ask my acne problem ,i have lot of acne and their marks on back and shouldersmany medicines i have to eat but there is no benefit plz give me a suggestions i have to much worried about this ,and last i will ask u that this problem is create in my pragnancy

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have noticed acne on back and shoulders since pregnancy which is due to hormonal changes and because skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it leads to post inflammation hyper-pigmentation. Back and shoulders have increase number of sebaceous glands and are responsible for your condition. You should apply Meladerm cream and it is purely safe to use as this is combination of hydroquinone + Tretinoin + steroid and apply it at night time. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water. If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocyclin, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks. Apply aloe vera gel at night.
