Suggest Remedy For Acute Anxiety

Hi
I am under extreme stress which can't be fixed. I am getting slot of right tight chest and shoulder pain which radiates to my jaw and ear and last night traveled down my arm to my wrist and breathing was shallow.
I was panicking about something. On and off all night . Should I be concerned ? Not right side. Fleeting right jaw occasionally .

Practicing anxiety relaxation techniques will surely reduce the anxiety intensity. You need to understand anxiety. anxiety is part of your body's defense mechanism with which body reacts to external fear stimulus. You need not worry about anxiety because it is normal and natural. Worrying about anxiety symptoms can worsen the anxiety itself.

Life style changes, mindfulness meditation, physical exercises, walking, CBT etc can be very helpful in addition to awareness. I suggest you to consult a psychologist / psychiatrist for detailed therapy intervention.
