Suggest Remedy For Acute Bronchitis

i was diagnosed with acute bronchitus ...I have light headness, alot of trouble breathing a little congestion..no cough they did an xray my lungs are clear i am on zpack but feel awful..they sent me for a cat scan to see if blood clot on lungs/came back negative..i am out of breath talking, feel awful i dont feel like i am getting better..what could this be? what do i test?

Yes, possibility of acute bronchitis is more.
And to confirm this get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
It will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease.
Treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
So get done PFT.
You will mostly improve with inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol, salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (budesonide or fluticasone).
Oral antihistamine and anti inflammatory drugs are also indicated in your case.
Don't worry, you will be alright. First diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
