Suggest Remedy For Allergic Reaction To Garlic And Onions

I am allergic to garlic ,onions, fennel and chives. The allergy has gotten worse and I am now effected by garlic/onion in the air. What treatments are available, garlic and onion is everywhere? I m an adult woman who developed this garlic allergy approximately 6 years ago followed by the onion allergy 2 years ago.

I should have read the fine print......... I'm off to urgent care now.
