Suggest Remedy For An Uterus Condition

Uterus is normal in size and shape. It shows normal homogenous echotexture. no focal lesion is seen. endometrial echo is normal & measures 5.5mm in thickness. Right ovary It is enlarged in size & replaced by a well defined hypoechoic lesion measuring 4.7 x 4.2 cm in size. Multiple lacy fibrin strands seen within it. Left ovary measures 3.6 x 2.0 x 3.4 cm (vol 13.3 cc) It is enlarged in size and show multiple small follicles showing peripheral arrangement. No dominant follicle seen. The stromal echogenicity is increased. There is no free fluid in pouch of Douglas. is it serious pblm? can it be cured by taking medicine. I dnt have any child.
