Suggest Remedy For Anal Bleeding And Discomfort

Hi,

I am a man, and i had a sexual relation one week back, usually I do not practice penetration to my body, but this time the partner tried hard, and firecly, and could not intercouse the whole just at the entrance of the rectal chanal.

now my anus inflamatted and i have severe pain, and some fresh blood going out upon discharge.

i experience raise in temeprature for just one day, i started to use Ceclor, procto-glyvenol, two days back, but the pain is still severe.

what should i do??

please advise,

Hello Bilal

I have read your statement and i understand your concern.

The reason you have anal bleeding after sexual intercourse might be of the following reasons

1. Trauma to wall of anal canal due to penetration
2. Prior Anal fissure that exacerbated after sexual activity
3. 1st degree Hemorrhoids that were traumatized during that activity

For Symptomatic relief Take the following Medication

1. GTN-Forte Cream apply on anus 3 times daily
2. Take Tab Flygyl 400 mg three times daily for 8 days to cover infection caused by gram negative bacteria, if any
3. Take Tab Augmentin 625mg Two times daily for 8 days to cover infection caused by gram positive bacteria, if any
4. Take Ispaghol Husk 3 times a day for one month
5. Eat soft food with no spices

if the symptoms does not subside, go to general surgeon to have your diagnosis. It would either be anal fissure and 1st degree hemorrhoids that got traumatized after the activity.
