hi
thank you for asking your concern madam and welcome to hcm. bleeding in stool and anemia in infant should be evaluated properly. bleeding is not normal in infant there may be some bleeding disorder, she may need vit k injection if not given after birth, she need to be evaluated for the level of anemia because if she comes in moderate to severe form of anemia then she may need blood transfusion, platelet count also need to be checked if it is low then cause for it should be checked. i suggest you to visit any pediatrician and have a complete evaluation for bleeding. any how she may need a repeat dose a vitamin k.
if you feel any doubt please ask us
regards
