Suggest Remedy For Anxiety And Depression
hello i am a mother of a 17 year old son who i fear may be suffering from anxiety and depression because of the anxiety , he wont drive ... seldom leaves the house just for school ....how can i help him without making a big deal out of it which i know if i do will only make it worse

In that case, he needs antidepressant with low dose benzodiazepine with psychotherapy. Both would help to control depressive as well as anxiety symptoms. In antidepressant, i would prefer paroxetine for him. It is one of the best antidepressant for depression as well as for anxiety. In psychotherapy, he can try relaxation exercise like JPMR.
