Suggest Remedy For Anxiety Attacks And Light Headedness

I am a 44 year old female that has recently starting having anxiety type attacks. A feeling as though I can't get a breath. Followed by light headedness and the sensation that someone has place ice water in my veins. At first it was only happening at night. It now happens in the middle of the day without warning. please advise.

Hi dear .

I had gone through your query.

The symptoms that have you mentioned are suggesting anxiety or panic attack.

Headache can be result of stress and tension.

Anxiolytic medicine will help. Etizolam like benzodiazapine will be useful .

Mild dose SSRI like sertraline / escitalopram / peroxetine will reduce it or prevent further attack .

Exercise and meditation can be useful .

Proper sleep and diet can help .

Relaxations method like deep breathing and yoga will counter stress.
I hope I have answered your concern .
Thank you.

Take care.
