Suggest Remedy For Anxiety Attacks Caused By Medication

I take bystolic in th moring and Ampoldine/bez at night. before is go to bed i get a very uneasy feeling and my blood pressure is anywhere from 100-112/38-40 is this to low?. I have not felt myself since being on meds. I never suffered anxitey until I was put on these meds. What can I do?
