Suggest Remedy For Anxiety Attacks

Can anyone help????????? I have bad anxiety but this did not feel like an anxiety attack. I have had anxiety attacks where I felt like I was about to pass out or knew right before I would pass out. I did not feel like I was going to pass out and felt no pain. More like an out of body experience. While sitting on the couch, my hearing all of a sudden got muffled and sounded like roaring and I could hear my heartbeat and nothing else. Pressure is my head. My cheeks, hands, and feet went numb. My body was heavy to move. My throat was tense. My feet and hands turned ice cold and tingling-then started to sweat followed by a different overall body sensation. Then my body was shaking internally. Probably last around 5 minutes.

Psychologist 's  Response
Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Many people interpret panic attack as fast heart beat, panic, panting and restlessness. Now you have learned a different kind of panic or anxiety attack. But, the physiological changes during both the panic attacks are one and same. Panic attacks are due to underlying anxiety disorder and you need to get your anxiety disorder treated. Usually panic attacks are treated with a combination of psychotherapy, life style changes and meditation. Consult a psychologist.
