Please type your query here...I am 56 male and have been suffering with athiritis in my lower back for ten years but it has got so bad now I cannot put my socks on in the morning. All the doctors give me[in France] is morphine based pain killers. Is there any diet or natural remedies i can try. Iam on medication for menieres and a small heart problem. Thanks.
