Suggest Remedy For Back, Leg And Joints Pain

hi my name is sandeep. i have a pain in my back from last 2 years but it is only sleeping time (only on bed when i sleep in straight position). this pain was started when i was working in Callcenter in chandigarh. In the begining it was little but now it is too much i have gone to so many doctors but no body understand the exact reason for this pain. even now in all of my joints, legs and arms and in back i hear the sounds like some times we hear from joints
