Suggest Remedy For Back Pain Along With Stomach Cramps,vomiting And Dark Urine

Hi, I am a 23 year old female, weight is around 190. I have had back pain that comes and goes since the delivery of my son six months ago. I have seen a Dr. for the back pain and was told it is muscular. When the pain occurs, it is so severe that it causes vomiting, it usually only last for about 12 hours. But I have had back pain, stomach cramps, vomiting, and very dark urine since Saturday. Thinking I need to see a Dr. but feel I will be told it is just muscular, but the dark urine is a new symptom. Thanks for any advise.

Dear concerned mommy, your problem can be more than just a muscular pain. The symptoms like severe back pain, vomiting and associated dark urine possibly suggests a Kidney function pathology. In many of the Kidney stone cases, people experience the same as you have. It is observed that movement of stone within excretory system can cause trauma to lining and thus can cause bleeding and present as dark colored urine. I suggest that you should go for USG abdomen to rule out this Kidney stone or pyelonephritis thing. Other possibility could be muscular pain but associated with symptomless UTI. Don't wait and consult your GP and ask for USG abdomen. Take care!
