Suggest Remedy For Back Pain With Numbness In Thigh

HI i'm 48 hand a cage put in my l5 disc back in 2001. the pian went away for a few years. But the pain in my lower back and numbness in my left thigh has returned. the pain is nay 8 out of 1 -10 consnint. i had a discography preformed today and it say: L3-4 lobular, mild irregularity and the L4-5 Moderate irregularity, left lateral to posterior fissure. hope you can help. sincerely alex
