Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your. Hi i shaved like all my hair off with trimers in my genareal area. Days later notice this black bumps under my penis and the sides dont know what to do to get rid of them. I just want some help

Based on your query data, In my opinion ,Dear You seem to suffer from
sycosis barbae(perifolliculitis) with fungal infection/
or razor bumps(psudofolliculitis barbae)
or Fordys spots.Contact dermatitis for treatment of the first 2 with antibiotics and NSAID.
Fordys spots does not need any treatment.
