Suggest Remedy For Black Out Sensation Along With Sore Limbs

Hello Doctor thanks for answering, Last night I experienced an extremely unpleasant black out sensation that happened about 20 times in a row it was scary and felt like I was goanna faint. every time it happened I blacked out for a second where I got this headrush and I would either jump out of my bed or jump up from my bed in a feel of panic . and before this I had pains in my chest sore limbs and strange tickling deep in my nose also pain in arms and legs and shortness of breath I know all the symptoms should bring me to a hospital but im worried that I don t have good credibility anymore cause i m seen as a young 24 year old male in psychosis . Its keeping me up and I m on quite a bit of medication but I have been on them all for years but I know this feeling is more than that.
