The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is melasma .Melasma has a tendency to aggrevate on sun exposure and so you must apply sunscreen regularly before sun exposure. Oral anti oxidants can also be used.Topical depigmenting agents like kojic acid and arbutin can uses over affected area.Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
