Hello,My name is kanwal jahanzeb M from Pakistan... Dr. My question is,I have black spots on my face on my nose side and its look like death skin ... I want my skin glow so in this case what should I do for it ...And my last question is about height I want my height 5.7 .. So what can I do for it... Thank you

Hi,

You seem to suffer from facial melanosis.

Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

You may take... vitamin C, glutathione and nicotinic acid tablets for long time.

Apply vitamin C serum on the face.

Cleanse the face with glycolic acid containing face wash.

Height is genetically determined. Nothing can be done for it.

Be happy with what you have.
