Suggest Remedy For Blackness On Face And Forehead Along With Wet Cough

Hi sir recently i have under gone for sinus surgery , The black ness on the face and forhead that is above the eye brows has not gone .2nd thing is having wet coufgh for last 4 days .explained ssme to my Dr. but the problem was not been solved .please help me .
